Session chairmen and authors are NOT exempt from registration fees.
Due to a very successful edition, we cannot accept any new registrations.

Credit card
Accepted credit cards are VISA®, Eurocard® and Mastercard®
During the online payment, you will be connected to the PAYBOX website.
Your credit card details will not be stored on our server.
Important notice:
If you choose to pay by credit card, only bank cards offering 3D Secure “Verified by Visa” or “Mastercard SecureCode” authentication can be used to make online payments.
Bank transfer
You are responsible for ALL bank fees.
The bank details will be mentioned on the pro-forma invoice sent by email after your registration.
NB: Please indicate the name of the people registered (or the invoicing references).
Order form
Order form payable in France.
Confirmation
of the registration
You will receive by email a copy of the registration request.
Registration confirmations will be sent by email once payment or original order form has been received.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations have to be sent by email to contact@ecssmet2023.com
The following cancellation fees will apply:
- Until January 15th 2023: 50% refund minus € 30 administrative costs
- From January 16th 2023: No refund. Fees will be definitely acquired by CNES.
In the event that CNES cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a refund for 100% of the fee paid. CNES shall assume no liability if a conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an unanticipated event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of the conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible.
If CNES postpones or changes the event dates your registration will automatically be valid for the new dates.
Terms and conditions
These Rules shall apply to any individual or legal entity (such as exhibitors, sponsors, visitors, speakers, journalists, advertisers and service providers) (the “Participants”), who requests admission or are invited to the professional events organised by CNES.
By registering to the Conference, the participant agrees to accept the applicable rules.
Persons under the age of 18 may not be admitted to the Event, except with the Organiser’s prior written authorization
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to or to have expelled, temporarily or permanently, any Participant whose presence, conduct or behaviour threatens the image, peace or safety of the Event and/or of the other Participants and/or of the Organiser and/or the integrity of the site.
During the Conference, the participant may be filmed or photographed individually or in groups.
Unless the participant expressly refuses consent in advance, the participant accepts to be filmed or photographed. The photos or films may be used for promotional purposes by CNES and/or its partners.
